These terms govern your use of the verification and signing service available at apply.diwangroup.com.

Use of the Service

• You confirm that information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the channel(s) you select.
• You will not misuse the service, interfere with it, or attempt to access data you are not authorized to access.
• We may update the service or these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Google & YouTube

This product uses Google OAuth and YouTube Data API v3 in read-only mode. Your use is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke access any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Requested scopes: userinfo.email, youtube.readonly. We request only these read-only scopes and do not request YouTube Analytics, write, or monetization scopes.

No Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we detect abuse, legal risk, or violations of these terms.

Prevailing Agreement

For the commercial relationship, the DocuSign agreement you sign will prevail over any conflicting provisions in these Terms.
